    Submit a structured application — cover message, move-in date, lease duration, income snapshot — straight to the landlord. No agent in the middle.

  4. Get shortlisted and move in

    Owners review applications on their dashboard, shortlist candidates, and accept the best fit. Once accepted, finalise terms and proceed to move-in.

  5. List your property (owners)

    Register as an Owner, add location, specs, pricing, and photos. All listings are reviewed and approved by DirectCrib before going live.
